OUR MISSION & GOAL – Our goal as a specialized
sourcing agency and consultancy is to help our customers (EPC contractors, technology, and industrial companies) procure project-based (tailor-made) process equipment, metal constructions, and industrial goods most optimally, at the optimal cost, and to ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and commercial requirements.

We have more than a decade of international experience in outsourcing, organizing, and managing various technical procurement projects. The main stages include:
1.) Setting technical conditions and requirements for both purchasable equipment and for potential manufacturers.
2.) Setting commercial requirements.
3.) Validation and selection of optimal manufacturers.
4.) Tendering and analysis of tenders.
5.) Contracting and production monitoring, supervision.
6.) Final inspection and testing ( FAT).
7.) Review of final documentation.
8.) Logistics and custom procedure handling.
9.) Installation and set-up at the project site.

ESVATEK has organized and managed the outsourcing of steel structures, process equipment, production lines, and metal constructions on different scales for various industries. All our manufacturing partners have liability insurance, previous experiences with EU and USA contractors, and all of the mandatory international certificates required in the metal industry:  ISO 9001:2005, ISO 3834-2:2005, EN 1090-2:2018 at least EXC level 3. 

Our partners include: designing & engineering companies, manufacturing companies of metal constructions, machinery, process equipment and also inspection services providers, and logistics companies. Our partners are located in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and East Asia. All our manufacturing partners have proven themselves over time. We have developed personal and long-term relationships with our manufacturing partners. We know their capabilities and production capacities
